Nesian Performance Review

Last Friday  Nesian Fusion Performed At Pt England School Assembly .They wore black tights also they also had their business logo on their  T shirts .They played Beau King and Queen, Brazilian drums and slow music .  

I liked it when they played beau mong king and queen because it showed that they can do fast music and slow music. When you drop the ailo stick don't be scared to pick it up. The message was ‘ No to Fear!’

On the stage they demonstrated under leg and fast spinning with the Ailao . It was an AMAZING Show to watch!  I can’t wait

to see the next  Nesian Fusion Performance

David Cross Country Recount 2015

P1: Last Monday 7th of September we had our school cross country

competition we started  when Mr Burt clapped the red and black wood  we all started running in the muddy field .

after that me and are few of my friends started walking

then I started sprinting again  .

This year's run was are lot longer than last year's  run

I came 11th

At the end of the run we got a drink of water next to mrs clark.

I am in the yellow house TAKITIMU!! who won last

year's  race  hope fully we we will win again this year.

Trade

Trade is when you swap something for another thing. It could be money for a item, service for money, an item for an item ect.  If you have a jet pack you could swap it for a private plane.

Enterprise

Enterprise is when you create your own company. To create your own company you need to have a good idea, get some money to start and sell your products. If you sell a lot you will get a lot of money.  and spend it on anything you want.

Music Group

This term team four have different business groups.  I am in the music group. We are selling guitars and drums for $ 2 .PT.

if I had a millon dolars

If I had a million dollars I would be so happy because  I can get 3 new games

that I really want and that just came out .

The first store i will visit is EB Games  so I can get Rugby league live 3  Rugby Challenge  3 and NBA 2k16 I would buy these games because they are

new and have good graphics .

The next store I will visit is KFC and get the delicious double down dog and

double down burger I will by this because it is yum .

The last store I will visit is  HOYTS so I can watch Minions And Avengers Age of ultron

I will go to HOYTS because I like watching movies  .

Holiday Highlight

Banana! In the holidays I watched the Minions movie at home because I was bored.

I thought it was actually a little bit funny. My favorite part of the movie was when Kevin turned into a giant. He was as big as the sky tower. He grabbed the rocket and put it in his mouth. The rocket blew up inside. “Oh no, he’s dead” though the minions but he was still alive.

I also liked the part when king Bob was announced the king and he was holding the sword  in his hands scaring everybody around him it was so scary

The other parts were all right but  I didn't like them as much  .

Hi my name is David and I am going to be telling you about my game ‘The Kings of Justice’.  Introducing the 3 main characters Shaun Johnson, Steve from minecraft and the amazing Jone  Jones. Together they create the Kings Of Justice. Their group name is Kings of Justice but their nickname is K O J.

My lead character is Jone Jones. This game starts on the street and then it takes you to an MMA cage. The Kings Of Justice are watching Jone Jones fight Anderson Silver in a MMA fight. There mission is to win the fights and become the champion of UFC for the world.

During the game you can also receive money by fighting bad guys along the streets.  Another way to get money is to pick it up as walk along the street.

Describing My Animal

Today in writing Miss Kyee was teaching us about adjectives. An adjective is a describing word. Here are my sentences with 6 adjectives in them. Can you spot the adjectives?

Creative Paragraphs- Man In Space

This week we have been learning to rework our writing to make our paragraphs interesting for our audience. We started by writing a creative sentence about this picture. As a class we will choose Nate's sentence because we liked it the best and wrote a paragraph each to follow the chosen sentence. Here is the beginning of my story that starts with Nate's sentence.

An astronaut bravely walks out into the icy milkyway. He takes a space walk carefully around the earth. He will protect the earth.

Bang!  Superman is fighting Lex Luthor in the middle of space. Lex Luthor is trying to take over Earth and has set an atomic bomb that has just blown up the astronauts ship.

The astronaut  is Green Lantern. Luckily he is able to breathe in space so he takes of his space suit  and helps superman defeat Lex Luthor.  

Next they go back to superman's planet and see Thanos. Thanos is much harder to defeat  than Lex Luthor so Green Lantern calls the Justice League.

Just
as the Justice League arrive so do all the villains. They have an fight and of course the good guys WIN!!

Holiday Highlight

In the holidays on a  wednesday I went to my friend jacks house for a sleepover for 2 days he leaves on Mangere. We went there around 10 in the night so it was a little late.

They were not are sleep so we went on his xbox 360 we played a kinect game called

Dance Central 4 .  we dance to soulja boy crank that and moves like jagger.

The next day  at my friend's house we got up went downstairs to have breakfast then we did the ice challenge and had a water fight  we did not get Nominated but we did it

anyways the water was freezing cold!  after that we went to go eat Doritos  after that we went  to play undisputed  3  it's a UFC game then we had KFC  for lunch .

then we watched lab rats on  Disney channel   regular show on  cartoon network. then

We went with jacks mum to get great tongs  CHICKEN! and rice with chinese

egg foo young it was yum. Then we went to sleep the next day  i went home.

Easter fun

Yesterday was Easter and it was so much fun, because me and my friend Jack were looking and looking some Easter eggs on a Easter hunt. I found six!! eggs and Jack found nine eggs.

At the we got to eat all the eggs even the ones we couldn't find it was so cool. It was so so cool I cant wait till next Easter. What did u do on Easter Sunday.

People have different beliefs about Easter. Some people think it is about bunnies, easter eggs, food, when Jesus Christ was resurrected and some people don’t celebrate it.

Christians believe that when  jesus died it was on a friday the friday before easter is called good friday easter is celebrated on a sunday because thats the day that god gave Jesus life in heaven.

Pukeko have really hard beaks their beaks are harder than our teeth because there beaks

can brake root if we tried to break root our teeth will crack. Pukekos are also pretty

good runners for a bird if they were a human they will be really slow to find pukeko

camp

About a week ago all the year 5 and  6 went to camp. We stayed at the school field

in our tents. It was fun! We did things like kayaking, cooking and killzone. I was in The Commitments group with Mr S.

My favorite thing at camp was sleeping because we were talking and eating. The things I did not like about sleeping was that we were not aloud to talk. We get told off a lot for talking and Leatham kept on farting and his farts stunk like a skunk.

Now  i will tell you about kayaking kayaking was fun but on the double boat it

was boring for the first time because i kayaked with somebody that wasn't

any good at kayaking and she was too scared to go far. Then went on

the single kayak  it was somehow much  easier then going on

the doubel kayak

Tuna in a box

We have created a box for a tuna so that we can keep it fresh in the water until we want to eat it. 
In the box the tuna has a hole for oxygen and also has fresh fish to eat. This is so the tuna can survive. The box has to be big for space to swim in it. It has to have water so it does not smell or it does not get rotten. When you want to eat the eel you remove it from the box, wash the blood out, cut it up, put it in the pot and wait for the tuna to cook. Then eat it. YUM!

Kaitiaki of the Stream

Our group has been reading about a Kaitiaki of a stream. It's about a man who takes good care of his creek. Here are some things about my creek.

Oamaru Creek is important because its next to point england and it used to be clean. Before the river got polluted people used to get food and water from it. Since the years past by the river has been getting more polluted and more smelly. People stopped careing about it the watercolor started to turn green and oily.

Use your wits

 Your WITS  are what you use at Pt england to stay out of trouble. This can also help you in life.

1st is W- walk away. Walk away means if someone is annoying you walk away so far that the person can't see you. Once somebody was cheating during rugby so I walked away. Then I wasn’t annoyed anymore.

I- ignore. If anyone is  being a pain you ignore. That means you don't listen to what they're saying and stay out of trouble.When my cousin was grabbing

my toys i ignored and she got bored and she left my toy alone.

T- talk about it means you go and talk to the person about it. If someone is annoying you have to say stop it i don't like it one time me and my friend

Seek help means if you’re having trouble you talk to a grown up or are teacher about it . One time someone was cheating in rugby and then

I Seeked help to the coach and he made it fair.

You should use your WITS if someone is being mean to you because it will get you far in life. It will also keep you out of trouble.
