healthy food

Eating healthy food is really important because it helps us grow big and strong. Healthy food protects people from getting sick and getting diabetes. We need to eat lots of fruit and veges to stay fit and strong.

When we eat the food, it goes in to our mouth so we can chew it. Then it goes down the oesophagus and reaches the stomach. The food then  goes to the small intestine then goes to the large intestine.


Its good to eat healthy food because we need the energy to play sport, to  stay fast and to keep your muscles strong . It is a good idea to only eat junk food once a  week.


Everybody must remember if you eat lots of  unhealthy food  your muscles go weak, your teeth get rotten and you get slower. Eating junk food can make you unhealthier and very lazy.

The Commonwealth Games helps people  have fun and communicate in lots of different team sport like rugby netball and lots of other sports. Sport also helps to build communities.

Usain Bolt is the fastest man in the world this year.  He is so fast he made the other people racing look slow even though he was injured. With his strong muscles and his fast legs, he can't lose

Usain holds the world record for more than 3 years now, he sure is an impressive runner. To be so strong and fast he must go to every training . Every race he when he runs the other people don't stand a chance
